Who we are
Active in Europe since 2008, registered as an association since 2026. We teach stillness, breath and attention as a daily practice — and we run the programmes, the training and the community that let people keep it.
We work with individuals, families, schools and communities across Europe. The offerings are open, free to begin, and require no affiliation.
The association is entered in the register of associations under VR 211356 at the Amtsgericht München and is based in Aschheim near Munich.

Heritage
Heritage of the teaching
Our practice comes from the teachings of Gnanavallal Paranjothi Mahan, carried forward by Gurumahan. It asks for no belief and no conversion. What we teach in Europe is what we practise: attention, breath, and the daily willingness to begin again.
Our approach
We work in small groups, in hired halls and in the association’s own rooms. A session always has the same shape: arriving, a short guidance, silence, questions. Whoever comes back finds the same thing.

Board and team
The board is elected by the general meeting. Functions are given in German with an English gloss.
