    Universal Peace Foundation Europe e.V., Mondstrasse 10, 85609 Aschheim. Active in Europe since 2008, registered as an association in 2026.

    We send the statutes in the version adopted at the founding meeting in 2026 as a PDF on request: info@upfeurope.org.

    Statement of purpose and activities

    The purpose of the association is to advance education and international understanding by teaching stillness, breath and attention as a daily practice, open to all, with no condition of belief.

    Tax status

    The procedure is under way; until the notice is issued we make no statement about the tax treatment of contributions.

    Name and function of the decision-makers

    Vijay, Chair. Jayaprakash, Vice Chair. Sujatha, Treasurer. The Chair and the Vice Chair each represent the association individually.

    Report on activities

    Open practice sessions, programmes for children and young people, the Inner Transformation course and the daily minute at 11:11.

    Staffing structure

    The association runs on voluntary work. No employed staff, no remuneration of the board. Seven active people carry the board, projects, digital work and programme coordination.

    Sources of funds

    Membership fees and donations from private individuals. No public grants, no corporate donations.

    Use of funds

    Room rent, materials, training of volunteers including enhanced police certificates, running the websites.

    Material links to third parties

    Minute of Peace is an initiative of Universal Peace Foundation Europe e.V. and not a separate legal entity. The teaching goes back to Gnanavallal Paranjothi Mahan, carried forward by Gurumahan; no corporate or financial link follows from this.
